Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect right away, and the prorated difference for the rest of the month is charged then. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing month, with no credit for the current one.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan is month to month — there are no annual plans. Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel, which you can do anytime in Account → Billing & Plan → Manage Subscription, with no penalties.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, then ends, with no further charges. For 60 days after that you can sign in to download your data, resubscribe, or delete your account. Then your account and its content are permanently deleted; billing records are kept for 7 years. Pages you published stay live on your own domains, but images ConveyLoop hosts for them stop loading.
What if a project runs out of credits?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits that resets on the project's billing date and doesn't roll over. When a project runs out, ConveyLoop stops starting new work for it until the next billing month — it never charges you for extra usage on its own. If you want more sooner, you can buy a credit pack: $10 plus sales tax for 1,000 credits, up to 3 packs a billing month, which expire at the end of the billing month you bought them in.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are generally non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for.
Is sales tax included in the price?
No. Sales tax is calculated from your billing address and shown before you pay.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial today — plans start at $19/mo and you can cancel anytime, with no long-term contract.
Can I manage more than one website?
Each plan covers a single website (one project). To run marketing for additional websites, add another project — each runs on its own plan, all from one account.
Are all features really included?
Yes — pSEO, git-based publishing, social, AI media, local SEO, self-optimization, attribution, and every integration. The only difference between plans is volume.
Does Git publishing affect my application code?
No. SEO content is committed to a dedicated, isolated directory in your repo. ConveyLoop is designed to only write to that directory and does not read or modify your source code.
What payment methods are accepted?
We take payment through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. ConveyLoop never sees or stores your card details.
